Working with Financial Planners
You have spent your working life, saving for your retirement or you come into a Sum of money, following an inheritance and what do you do with it??
Financial Planners or Wealth Planners are definitely worth exploring. They look at your future aspirations; Business, leisure or personal from a bigger picture perspective and give you advice on Investing, savings, pensions & of course home aspirations.
Now some people will want to downsize & free up Capital to pursue other hobbies or holiday destinations and others may want to take on a dream project, a self build, house renovation or just move to the house of their dreams.
How ever you look at it. Your home is truly your Castle and when speaking to a Financial Planner it's massively valuable to have these types of conversations.
I reached out to speak with a Financial Planner for their advice and he told me,"Dream house buying is all about flexibility and thinking big picture, not just 2 year fixed. Flexible and offset mortgages together with disciplined overpaying work a treat!
Disclaimer - obvs depends on the person, individual circumstances etc. One size does not fit all. Your home may be repossessed etc. And the old line I’m always repeating: Buy the worst house in the best street. And get a will and POA/LPA". Great advice.
So what does this have to do with me as an interior designer? Well, that's great question. It truly is.
We help you to create the homes of your dreams, whatever the circumstances. We can work with every type of budget. We can design interiors that create the lifestyle you want to achieve, whether that means staying where you are, downsizing or buying your dream home.
If you're a Financial Planner and would like to create a partnership with us, then get in touch. Because your customers are ours and our customers are yours.
