Using Tech for Interior Design Room Reviews
I absolutely love Tech & innovative ways to work SMARTer, in my business.
Yet AI or the use of AI, has been receiving lots of negative press lately! I just don't get it?? I do take the point that it could open up a world of copy write etc, yet that's what Governments are legislating about I guess. It brings so many positives, is my view.
Tech is a huge enabler especially if used appropriately. Let me explain why I'm embracing it for Country Interior Design by MJ and how it helps you as the client.
When you start a Home DIY project or preferably appoint an interior designer, you'll create mood boards, with lots of dialogue back and forth to try and establish exactly what your hoping to achieve aesthetically and exploring spacial design.
So the next stage is a trip to your local DIY store. Hoping that you have chosen the right colour hues and have taken the right measurements for a piece of investment furniture. In my view, this is when Tech comes into its own & can save you time and effort.
All new or prospective new clients follow our new client process, and we complete a client questionnaire with you, to learn more about you & your interior dreams. This then shapes our brief, which we work from.
One of our increasingly popular interior design services that we offer is the: Room Reviews. They are fantastic, as it enables clients to experiment with styles, colour palettes, furniture and furnishings in a safe & practical way, before you have even stepped into a DIY store.
Enabling you to make better budget projections and save you time. This is a win win use of tech in my eyes. In addition to this we also scope suppliers with a Devine or Decadence option, putting you fully in control of the buying process.
We have decided at present to continue to write our own content to remain authentic on our Socials, but when it comes to our ID services we are fully embracing the use of AI, and we are happy to shout about it. It's just another tool in our increasingly interior design tech platform toolbox and why not if it improves results for you the client & efficiencies for smaller business & ID freelancers.
Just saying. Don't knock it until you've tried it, that's my motto.
Oh and I run Business in Bewdley BiB networking events and this month we have a Tech & Innovation focus, come and join us next week on Thursday 24th September at 2pm.
